Обязанности:
• Production support and enhancement of SAP Success Factors and HCM systems and modules by troubleshooting and implementing configuration and technical changes
• Process and resolve work classified as Level 2 and 3 issues
• Interface with the ERP team and wider IT teams to ensure timely resolution of assigned 2nd line support issues.
• Consult with business on optimal processes and system controls.
• Identify solution options, conduct feasibility studies and make impact assessments for implementation of new functionality to improve business processes.
• Articulate changes in functional and/or technical specification documents, specify changes to SAP customizing settings and/or ABAP code, conduct detailed system testing, including co-ordination of User Acceptance Testing, and move all changes through the SAP landscape according to SAP change management process.
Требования:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors, HCM and Payroll implementation and support
• Skilled in configuration and functional and technical support of Performance & Goals Management, Succession & Development, Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, HCM (OM, PA, TM), FI TV (Travel), LMS, Workforce Analytics and Planning.
• Extensive experience in configuring Work schedules, Holiday calendar, Attendance types, Absence types, generate time quotas and time evaluation, HR Time
• Knowledge and experience in Payroll Schema, Rule changes
