Servant leader and coach
Scrum master in System Team that assists in building and supporting the Agile development environment, development and maintenance of the toolchain that supports the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Support the integration of assets from Agile teams, perform end-to-end Solution testing where necessary, and assists with deployment and Release on Demand.
Scrum master in Feature team that focuses on user functionality and are optimized for fast value delivery
Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset. Helps the team embrace SAFe Core Values, adopt and apply SAFe Principles, and implement SAFe practices.
Supports the Agile Team rules and responsible for reinforcing them. Built-In Quality practices from Extreme Programming (XP), Work in Process (WIP) limits from Kanban etc.
Help the team focus on daily and Iteration Goals in the context of the current Program Increment (PI) Objectives.
Leads team efforts in relentless improvement and takes responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective.
Facilitates team ceremonies, Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective, Feature definition workshops, Backlog grooming.
Supports the Product Owner, helps the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog.
Eliminates impediments – supports the team in addressing and eliminating these issues to improve the likelihood of achieving the objectives of the Iteration.
