Требования:
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban SDLC end-to-end experience
• Experience in ERP systems implementation and integration
• Object-oriented programming understanding
• RDBS and SQL understanding
• Solid BABOK knowledge
• PMBOK and CMBOK awareness is preferable
• UML, BPMN, and EPC experience
• Prototyping experience
• Advanced MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills
• Fast learner and result-oriented
• Superior facilitation and presentation skills
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
• Attention to detail with commitment to high quality and accuracy
• Ability to independently find solutions to problems which have not previously encountered
• Strong work ethic and time management
