So I ran ChatGPT 4 on the test of Ego Development Stage (MAP) and similar Global Leadership Profile (GLP) and STAGES model.
🧪 Experiment design
I give GPT4 30 open-ended questions associated with Ego Development Theory → GPT4 answers these questions naturally to the best of its ability → I give GPT4 the answers to assess based on MAP and GLP scales.
👨💻 Results
After some back-and-forth with disclaimers that AI can’t be really scored (omitted)…
TL;DR: ChatGPT's action logic is Autonomous or Construct-aware stage aka Strategic or Alchemist stage.
