It also offers a "virtual recording studio" for editing, and integration with TikTok for importing created music.
ByteDance has invited musicians and enthusiasts to beta test Ripple at this early stage, but the company did not share its duration.
The company did, however, say that there are no plans to launch Ripple in other countries at this stage.
