Three researchers from Apple have published a paper about their transformer (AI), that works directly with bits and bytes of files, and without a traditional user input. The result: smoother work with files, incl. video and audio, and the ability of AI to preserve privacy (you don't need to share stuff like prompts or upload your images to AI to work on the files -- assuming it happens within iOS or MacOS).
