Мдя. SEC объявил токены DAO и все прочие токены ценными бумагами. Получается, что все эмитенты токенов попали под требования законов США, а так как они все "виртуальные" - то получается, и в США они тоже присутствуют. И все ICO без печати SEC нынче недействительны ) Вот попадалово-то!!!
