По факту нужно много терпения, внимательности, хороший sql, неплохой питон. В идеале джун/мидл дата инженер, который решил переключиться в аналитику или джун/мидл аналитик, который переходит в дата инженерию
По деньгам, ориентир Е3-Е4 (см #BigTechLevelsCompensation), платим мы чуть больше чем фб, но мы все еще непубличная компания
