Программа позволяет вернуть классическое меню Пуск в Windows 8 - 10. Обладает множеством настроек.
Добавил русский язык в настройки от Loginvovchyk.
Немного дополнительных скинов и кнопок Пуск.

Support for modern app jump-list tasks
Fixes:
Faster recent Metro apps enumeration
